Illuminating The Wholeness of Each Unique Individual

I help people embrace the gift and grace of who they are as Life, Heart, Love and Presence. Tapping into innate, creative intelligence from a space of openness and connectedness, clients become aligned with all aspects of Being. They return home aligned with the fullness of Life.

Working in a powerful, shared partnership of inquiry and process including:

  • Presence and lightness in the moment combined with intuition, lightness, laughter and poetry.
  • Mindfulness and awareness to deepen presence and connect with stillness.
  • Support and collaboration on important issues that I hold with compassion and empathy.
  • Establish a Conscious relationship from the start with mutual understanding, feedback and accountability.
  • Nonjudgmental openness and acceptance that create a safe space for growth and wisdom to shine.
  • Work with the Pain Body—those emotional aspects of Ego that keep someone stuck and stressed.
  • Stimulating open-ended questions designed for the client to explore new insights, possibilities and ways of moving about in the world.
  • Embracing and living in the Now, gently held with sacredness and beauty.

The journey to embrace wholeness and inner resources in the present moment is one of deep peace and calmness. Yet the journey will lead to challenges. For some, these challenges are opportunities to tap into their spiritual essence. The path includes both the light and dark challenges of life situations (relationships, finances, work, home, health, recreation, community, personal growth and more).

My perspective is to offer an honest invitation that includes both the flows and logjams of life and provide a safe haven of compassion and gentleness. Life is not easy, nor is it meant to be easy, even for non-human life forms including plant and animal life. I help clients cultivate an appreciation for the unknown and a natural curiosity for what emerges in the present moment. This helps clarify their values, goals and aspirations and develops an action plan for them to make the changes they seek which is combined with an accountability structure and feedback.

“To become conscious of Being, you need to reclaim consciousness from the mind. This is one of the most essential tasks on your spiritual journey. It will free vast amounts of consciousness that previously has been trapped in useless and compulsive thinking. A very effective way of doing this is simply to take the focus of your attention away from thinking and direct it into the body, where Being can be felt in the first instance as the invisible energy field that gives life to what you perceive as the physical body.”—Eckhart Tolle
